By signing below, I and the members of my family have thoroughly read and agree to abide by Partnership's Statement of Faith. Failure to honor the Statement of Faith is in violation of this agreement. I understand my membership will be terminated, and my Commitment Check deposited.

I agree & understand that:

Partnership is a faith-based co-op. God is the center of our family and we strive to live accordingly. We will endeavor to keep Partnership a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for all members/students.
Partnership is an academic co-op. I will make Partnership’s classes a priority and assist my children with their assignments. Children in middle school or higher that have graded work are expected to complete their assignments in a timely and diligent manner.
Membership commitments are for the entirety of the school year.
Weekly attendance is required. I will arrive weekly and not miss 5 or more co-op days. In the event, I am unable to attend, I am responsible to find a substitute teacher and cover any additional responsibilities I may have for that day.
I am expected to arrive no later than 12:30 and stay until my daily responsibilities have been completed.
I am required to teach. I will need to spend time, outside of Partnership, planning, prepping, and grading assignments for my class.
Teaching responsibilities must be equally shared between myself and my co-teacher. I will respect my co-teacher by fulfilling my half of the teaching responsibilities. I understand that lack of commitment presents a burden and adds stress to my co-teacher.
Aside from teaching, additional expectations are required (i.e… fulfilling my Committee responsibilities, bringing food and volunteering, etc…)
I am expected to conduct myself in a biblical manner in relationships and conflict management within Partnership. (Matthew 18) – practicing the fruits of the Spirit – love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness , and self-control rather than having a critical spirit, gossiping, being slanderous, or quarreling.
My children are also expected to abide by Partnership’s rules and guidelines.

PAYMENT DUE DATES FOR:

Returning Members

Holding Fee – Must be paid in order to attend & vote at the Class Planning Meeting in March or by the last day of co-op, to hold your teaching position. This fee is applied toward your Membership Dues.
Remaining Membership Dues - paid in full by June 15th. Dues can be paid online or by mail.
Your non-dated Commitment Check of $350 must be mailed to our Treasurer & received by June 15th.
Class Registration Fees - Registrations opens mid-July. Class fees must be paid in full by August 15th. (A $25 late fee will be applied to class fees not paid by August 15th.)

New Members accepted before June 1st:

Holding Fee - due upon acceptance. This fee is applied toward your Membership Dues.
Remaining Membership Dues - paid in full by June 15th. Dues can be paid online or by mail.
Your non-dated Commitment Check of $350 must be mailed to our Treasurer & received by June 15th.
Class Registration Fees - Registrations opens mid-July. Class fees must be paid in full by August 15th. (A $25 late fee will be applied to class fees not paid by August 15th.)

New Members accepted after Class Registration opens (mid-July):

Your Holding Fee, Remaining Membership Dues and Class Fees must be paid in full within 2 weeks of your acceptance date.
Your Commitment Check of $350 must be mailed to our Treasurer & received within 2 weeks of your acceptance date.

Dues not paid in full and/or Commitment Check not received by the due date will result in loss of membership. All fees are non-refundable.

CLASS REGISTRATION FEES: Each class includes its own registration fees for books, supplies, etc. Those fees are determined by the teachers and show up in Class Registration which is accessible with confirmed membership. All class registration fees are due by August 15th. If you need to setup a payment plan, please email our treasurer.

After registering your children for each class, please pay by clicking on your "Balance" in the upper right corner of your screen. You will be charged an additional 3% fee for using a credit card. Paying by electronic check directly from your bank account may be an option soon. This option has a $1 fee. You may also choose to mail a check to our treasurer.
